​Hi! I’m Megan, an Accredited Practising Dietitian and Sports Dietitian based in Melbourne’s North. As a lifelong lover of both food and sport, a career in dietetics was the perfect fit for me. I am incredibly passionate about empowering you to feel confident in your food choices and am dedicated to supporting you on your health journey—whether you’re managing a chronic condition, improving your overall wellbeing, or chasing new goals in the gym and on the field.

My journey into sports dietetics was a natural evolution of my life’s passions. I’ve always been fascinated by how food interacts with the human body, and that curiosity is matched only by my lifelong love for all things sport. However, like many athletes, I’ve had my own struggles with the "all-or-nothing" cycle of dieting. I spent years feeling constantly drained and guilty, eventually realising I was simply tired of feeling overwhelmed and defeated.

That turning point gave my passion a real purpose. I made it my mission to ensure no one else has to endure that frustrating cycle of fatigue and confusion. I pursued sports dietetics because I want to help you find freedom and peak performance through sustainable eating—turning your nutrition from a source of stress into your greatest competitive advantage.
