Well, you can breathe a sigh of relief. As an Accredited Practicing Dietitian and Sports Dietitian, I’m here to be your anchor, a source of factual, evidence-based advice you can actually trust. I can’t wait to empower you to feel strong and confident on your health journey.


My Story: From Passion to Purpose

People often ask me how I ended up in dietetics. The truth is, my path was clear because my passions are so deeply rooted: I absolutely love food, I'm fascinated by the incredible way the human body works, and I thrive on helping others.


But just like everyone else, I had my own struggles. I spent time caught up in the vicious "all-or-nothing" cycle of dieting, feeling constantly drained and guilty. I eventually got sick and tired of feeling sick and tired. That's when I realized my deep-seated passion needed a purpose: I wanted to make sure no one else had to go through that painful dieting phase. I made it my mission to help people find freedom and confidence through sustainable eating, and that’s why I pursued dietetics.


My Core Philosophy: Practicality, Compassion, and Proof

My promise to you is simple: I'll help you develop a sustainable, enjoyable relationship with food that actually fits into your real life.

We'll focus instead on habits, deep nourishment, and rediscovering your body's natural cues (the heart of Intuitive Eating).

  • Evidence-Based, is Always Best: This online world is the Wild West of wellness advice. I promise to be your trustworthy guide. Every recommendation I share is rooted in the most current, reliable nutrition science.

  • Real-Life Friendly: Let’s face it, we’re all busy! My advice will always prioritize convenience, budget, and flavour. If it’s not practical for your real life, it simply won't work long-term.
